Through the power of your consciousness, certain suggestions (seeds of information) are planted by the practitioner to help alleviate pain, stop addictions, increase confidence, promote vitality, reduce stress levels and even prevent phobias.  

A hypnotic state is nothing other than extreme relaxation.  During a session, your consciousness can have a powerful and positive affect on your mind and body.  Through the use of speech, the practitioner will employ certain commands to generate deep relaxation, promote well-being and target aspects of life that the receiver may want to focus on healing, manifesting and attaining.
