Learn the benefits of sweating and how to help your body detoxify through sweat. We'll discuss proper exercise, the benefits of sauna sessions, the importance of sunlight and vitamin D, and natural solutions to common products such as deodorants and sunscreen. Learn how to support your body in a healthy and natural way, this summer!
This class is not-to-miss as we will be instructing as well as have a FREE movement class taught by trainers Alex + Sean Courtney (Twice as Fit)! Weather depending, the movement class will take place outside, so bring comfortable clothes and footwear!
