Spring Cleaning is here! It is the perfect time to clear out the old and make way for the new...for both of our homes - the physical body and the place we live. Unfortunately, even if we are perfect (or close to perfect) with our eating habits and drinking good healthy water, we are exposed to an incredible amount of toxicity every day.
This is true. We can't control EVERYTHING (even if we really do try hard) but there are ways to support our body and the environment we live in to assist with being in a more optimal state of health even with constant environmental toxic exposure. Between pesticides, the electromagnetic frequencies (EMFs) that surround us, heavy metals and Genetically Modified Organisms (GMOs) (to name a few), being optimally healthy can prove to be quite challenging for many.
So what can you do? How can you prevent or help your body detox?? Here are 4 easy ways you can help stay healthier during your spring cleaning endeavors and beyond:
1. Get an Air Purification System.
Did you know that one Environmental Protection Agency study ranked indoor air #4 in cancer risk among the top 13 environmental problems? And The American Lung Association ranked indoor air among the top 5 environmental risks! Help your indoor air be healthy to breathe. This, you CAN control. Yep, for a relatively small investment - dust, mold, pet dander and other microscopic contaminants that circulate in our air can easily be cleaned out of where we spend the majority of our time.

2. Prevent overexposure to EMFs.
I recently heard a talk by Dr. Mercola on the harmful effects of EMFs. It was eye opening! Cell phones are considered a class 2B carcinogen and are being talked about as the cigarettes of the now. From 1918 to 2018 EMFs have increased 10 to the 15th (a billion billion billion...basically)!!!
TVs, Computers, iPads, Phones, Microwaves and Gaming Devices emit huge amounts of EMFs. EMFs can cause:
