You’ll learn to reduce stress and physical pain, while building your internal energy. This powerful but easy Qigong form will help you increase self-awareness, and develop a healthy mind, body and spirit.
About the Instructor:
Mitzi Labant, L.Ac., has been practicing Acupuncture for more than 36 years. During that time she also studied with several Tai Chi and Qi Gong Masters in the US, China and Taiwan. Over the past 36 years Mitzi found the importance of practicing Qigong daily to help maintain and build her energy. She is offering this class because many of her patients have indicated interest in learning Qigong to help them build and maintain their vitality and increase the ability of their body to heal. She is a Certified Practice Group Leader by Chunyi Lin, Spring Forest Qigong Grand Master.
