TOPIC: The Chakra System + Energy Centers

Dr. JR will provide an overview of the chakra system and dive into each center of energy discussing their direct links to the human body (physical, mental and emotional). He will put special emphasis on the 2nd and 5th chakras as they pertain to the endocrine system - to assist with energetically supporting your sex organs, thyroid and adrenal glands.
It is our passion to help educate the community on how to live a healthier lifestyle. Enjoy demonstrations and time for Q+A with the docs to learn and experience how they work!
Due to the current state of things, we have opted to do our regularly scheduled classes on Zoom instead of in person so while Q+A will still happen…our healthy, delicious dinner that we provide will have to wait until we can return to in-person health classes.
