Samara was drawn to this profession when personally discovering the powerful impact of optimizing nutrition to meet her health goals. She tailors plans that address the unique bio-individuality, emotional, and lifestyle needs of each person getting to the root cause of symptoms while providing patients with tools and support.
Samara is excited to learn NET (neuro-emotional technique) and muscle testing to further individualize dietary plans for a range of chronic conditions including GI complications, autoimmune disorders, hormone imbalances, cancer, ADD/ADHD, stubborn weight loss, food allergies/sensitivities, cravings and others. Samara is particularly committed to working with patients to reduce daily stress and anxiety associated with adopting new lifestyle changes - eating is something we do every day after all!
