Doctor of Chiropractic and Holistic Medicine

After four years in southern California, Dr. Cari Jacobson is thrilled to be back in the Chicagoland area, her hometown.  While in California, Cari worked in a variety of settings as a chiropractic intern, such as the medical center at California State University-Northridge, LA Free Clinic, LA City Help, Silverlake Being Alive HIV/AIDS clinic and a private practice in Beverly Hills.  She received her Doctorate of Chiropractic Medicine graduating magna cum laude in December 2006 from Southern California University of Health Sciences- Los Angeles College of Chiropractic. 

Cari practices chiropractic and holistic medicine with the objective of achieving and maintaining optimal health by balancing the body physically, chemically, emotionally and energetically.  She believes that every-body is different and, therefore, utilizes many techniques to customize treatment to each patient.  Cari is certified in and practices Applied Kinesiology (AK), Neuro Emotional Technique (NET) and Total Body Modification (TBM).  She also practices the Lifeline Technique, Sacral Occipital Therapy (SOT), Diversified Adjusting, Gonstead Adjusting Style and Activator Technique.  In addition, Cari considers nutrition an integral part in treating the health and wellness of each person.

Cari has treated people of all ages (including babies, children, teens, adults, pregnant women and the elderly), many of whom have sent letters, e-mails and notes indicating their happiness and results from their treatment.
